HR company Shanghai KNX, providing comprehensive solutions in the selection, deployment, development, and retention of talent, covering the whole lifecycle of talent management, has raised investment from a number of firms including Oriental Fortune Fund and Everbright Securities.
Investors participating in the round include Oriental Fortune Fund managed by Oriental Fortune Capital from Shenzhen, Everbright Securities, one of the largest securities brokerage firms in China, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, a Hong Kong listed securities company and Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, a leading private equity investor in Asia Pacific.
"The company is looking forward to integrate cross-border resources to improve value for its corporate customers," said Shen Jian founder and CEO of KNX.
CareerFrog, China's largest job search and training site for Chinese college students with 40000 students globally, has also been successful in raising a series B round worth millions of RMB led by Huatu Capital, an education industry investment platform.
Lu Mingxia, founder and chairman of CareerFrog said the financing will help for the research and development of their technology, expand their workforce and improving efficiency in providing university talent to enterprises.
The platform connects college students to businesses and aims to solve the employment challenges in China, taking advantage of the growing demand for job training and jobs.
"Huatu Capital's investment will help develop the platform and help forward their management experience," said Wu Zhenggao, president of Huatu Capital.
