Client hub is a one-stop-shop for Jobber's thousands of home service businesses to provide a single access point for all relevant information pertaining to their clients. Jobber enables clients of service providers to view past work quotes, invoices, and receipts, and pay online through Jobber's proprietary Jobber Payments solution - all without ever having to leave the client hub.
Included in the client hub experience, Jobber also launched a work request feature which allows Jobber customers to install a link to request a quote directly from the service provider's website or social media profile. Jobber work requests streamline the quote-to-cash process so service providers never miss an opportunity to impress their clients by turning around professional-looking quotes quickly, while also being able to get paid faster and acquire more business.
