Video messaging allows Spark Hire’s 4,000 customers to create, brand, and share videos with anyone, including candidates, new hires, and clients. Video messages come equipped with email notifications, so customers can track when recipients watch their videos. The messages are customizable, allowing content to appear catered to the viewer.
These video messages will be beneficial for both internal HR teams and recruiting firms. For HR teams, video messages can be used to source, present offers, onboard, and continually engage employees. Recruiting firms will be able to use video messaging as a sales and marketing tool to enhance their communication with candidates and clients.
Customers will store their video messages in their Spark Hire video library which enables them to create recruitment-specific videos at scale without needing the assistance of a marketing team.
