Lead5, a leading provider, and aggregator of unlisted executive job opportunities, recently announced the launch of its Companies, Private Equity, and Playbook features—three new offerings that allow members to filter and target key organizations and the relevant contacts within those organizations. In addition, members can now build a customized Lead5 Playbook, allowing them to track and manage contacts and opportunities of interest. The new features were developed based on Lead5 member feedback and are aimed squarely at providing members with an efficient way to leverage Lead5's robust intel dataset throughout the lifetime of their executive careers.
"We're constantly working to improve the Lead5 platform for our members, and we realized the tremendous value in candidates having timely access to relevant contacts, hiring companies, and private equity firms that often drive executive hiring decisions. Thus, these new features were a natural addition to the existing opportunities, news, and recruiter information that Lead5 is known for," said Co-Founder and CEO Josh Wimberley. "The traditional executive search process lacks transparency, which cuts off the information flow for executives seeking to manage their careers. Lead5 exists to break down these barriers and create more efficient connections across the executive search landscape."
With the launch of these features members now have the ability to search a curated company database and create target lists of companies based on the Lead5 filters of industry, region, ownership structure, and market-cap. For each company, Lead5 also provides valuable C-level contact emails, including the key executive talent professionals within the Fortune 1000 who are often the best starting point for candidates interested in connecting with hidden executive level opportunities. Similarly, the new private equity database allows users to filter the leading U.S.-based PE firms by investment style and portfolio-size, along with key talent contacts within these organizations.
The Lead5 Playbook then allows members to manage their designated intel with the ability to log customized notes, track contact points, and otherwise pursue opportunities of interest. All of these features are in addition to the aggregation of thousands of hidden executive opportunities that Lead5's data analysis methods and tools generate, along with timely news and the industry's only executive recruiter database.
"For the last three years we've focused on analyzing and aggregating data on executive openings and bringing it to life with an intuitive user interface," said Vince Martin, Chief Product Officer at Lead5. "These new Lead5 features only add to the tools that empowered executives need to maximize opportunities throughout the entirety of their careers."
