Carey International, Inc., one of the leading providers of chauffeured service solutions, customer-centric travel technology and ground transportation logistics management, announced it is rolling out its new Embarque® 10&2 service in greater Boston, Massachusetts.
"Embarque 10&2 answers the under-addressed call for trusted and flexible ground transportation services, without compromising security or quality," said Gary L. Kessler, President and CEO of Carey International. "The trade-off in sacrificing standards-based service to gain travel flexibility is no longer necessary. Embarque 10&2 provides a solution for managed travel programs that place a high value duty of care, while meeting the immediate needs of its discerning travelers."
While traditional pre-arranged ground transportation services typically require two hours or more of advanced notice, Embarque 10&2 provides a ride within 10 minutes, two hours, or beyond, giving travelers the freedom to travel on their schedule. To ensure vehicle accessibility and increased diversity of transportation choices, Embarque 10&2 will leverage the fleets of both Carey International's Carey® and Embarque® brands.
Services are currently offered in 19 cities worldwide. Utilizing a fleet of late model sedans and a carefully selected team of fully-vetted and trained professional drivers, Embarque delivers a safe and stylish experience for any class of business or leisure traveler. Embarque offers point-to-point transfer services, including airports, hotels, cruise ports, and convention centers and as-directed service chartered hourly.
Travel arrangers and managers can add Embarque 10&2 solutions to their managed travel programs by accessing the Carey Connect Transportation Management Platform – built exclusively for travel arrangers. In addition, Embarque 10&2 customers have access to Carey International's proprietary technology such as its award-winning mobile app (available for iOS and Android) and traveler-centric web site.
Embarque 10&2 service will be expanding into additional Embarque operations through 2017 and into 2018.
