Zillow Group has followed up its third quarter earnings' posting by hosting a conference call to further break down its recent financial results.
The realty group's CEO Spencer Rascoff was joined by executives Raymond Jones and Kathleen Philips along with a number of key financial analysts who covered everything from revenue to employee satisfaction.
Rascoff attributed the company's increased revenue stream in this third quarter to the launch of Premier Agent, a new tool that connects real estate agents and teams to their advertising audience on Facebook
"Total revenue for the quarter grew 35% year-over-year to a record of approximately $225 million and exceeded the high end of our guidance range. The increase in revenue was driven by strong contributions from each of our marketplaces, but primarily from the Premier Agent business, which grew revenue 33% year-over-year to more than $158 million, also ahead of our outlook."
