Agents are now able to add videos to their listings on Zillow without using the company’s mobile app, but this feature comes at a price.
Zillow launched a video-listing option in February; users were allowed to post videos for free as long as they were created using the property portal’s mobile app. The videos were capped at two minutes and didn’t include any audio.
Agents now have the option to add longer, higher quality videos to their listings but will be charged a one-time fee of $149.
Videos give potential buyers unique insight into properties and assist to give listings a boost in search engine results.
