Leading German property portal ImmobilienScout24 has a launched creative campaign to appeal to an audience interested in start-up culture and commercial properties.
Alfred & Scott is a 5-part web series featuring a protagonist named Alfred whose canine companion Scott helps him search for interesting and attractive properties to lease.
ImmoScout24’s head of Consumer Marketing Aleksandra Petseva says the portal is trying to target its demographic via a creative approach.
"With the Alfred & Scott Web site, we are embarking on new ways to increase awareness of the target group for our commercial portal,” she said.
"The videos are precisely tailored to the questions and needs of business seekers - in a relaxed and entertaining way."
The Berlin-based portal worked with EXITMEDIA agency to produce the commercial, which will be available every two weeks on the ImmobilienScout24 YouTube channel and Facebook page.
