Leading UK property site Zoopla has reported record levels of traffic and appraisal leads during January.
A press statement issued by the company said ZPG’s property websites, which includes Zoopla and PrimeLocation, clocked 53 million visits in January with mobile traffic at a record share of 72%.
ZPG also delivered a record number of appraisal leads to agents in January, up 73% year on year with the value of these leads estimated to be worth over £50 million in fees to its agent partners in January alone.
This month marks a particularly successful time for Zoopla, who also just recently announced its acquisition of data analytics company Hometrack.
Mark Goddard, Managing Director of ZPG’s Property division, said the company's progress reflected their relationship with clients.
"This is a great start to the year for both the business and the property market," Goddard said. "The numbers demonstrate that we continue to deliver incredible exposure, value and results for our partners.”
