How would you describe IOVOX?
IOVOX is global call-tracking and communication-analytics company. We support many industries with our call tracking solutions, but we’ve been particularly helpful to marketplace and directory service businesses that exist to match-up buyers and sellers. Some of our customers include Auto Trader UK, Trusted Dealers, Zoopla, PageJaunes and OpenTable.
Where are you based?
We serve customers in EMEA, the Americas, and APAC from our offices in London, the San Francisco Bay Area and Syndey.
How many people work at IOVOX?
IOVOX is growing continually, right now we have approximately 50 full time family members!
What makes your company unique?
Our expertise, particularly in supporting leading marketplaces, globally, for 10 years. Being able to provide a local presence in a vast aray of countries is a valuable distinction for IOVOX. Through working with our marketplace customers we also know that the largest amount of leads for marketplaces is via the phone (between 60-80% of phone leads vs. email leads for property and auto marketplaces), so we understand the importance of the phone call and we help our customers make sense of every call they receive using our analytics engine.
How long has the company been running?
IOVOX was founded in 2007.
What motivates you and your team?
IOVOX really focuses on the success of our customers. I know this is something everyone in B2B could say, but we genuinely believe any amount our clients spend with us, should see a 5x return. We work closely with our clients to really understand their business challenges and design solutions accordingly. We are motivated by our customers, growing their businesses and making more money by using our services.
What’s one of the most important things you’ve learned while working at IOVOX?
A great team, that really listens to each other and our clients, will get great things done – everytime.
What is a major business challenge you have faced in your business and how have you
The biggest challenge is one we take on with pride: anticipating the ever-changing needs of our clients. This keeps us motivated to stay informed on the telecommunications landscape as we map out our future innovations. Not only is it important that we plan with foresight, but also that we help our clients remain up to date technologically in an efficient and secure manner.
What do you enjoy most about working in your company?
We have fun doing what we do. We are lucky to have an amazing office space in some of the coolest parts of the world. It all adds up to a place where people want to be and want to do a great job and this is reflected in our product and how we interact with our customers.
How do you differ to your competitors?
Call tracking in particular has started to become a crowded market, but aside from all levels of customer engagement, we found a lot of our competitors focus on cloud-based telephony systems. IOVOX’s platform has been built from the ground up by Teleco engineers and runs across a proprietary platform. This pride in the detail ensures that we can offer a scalable and robust platform to the most demanding clients the world over.
What are you most looking forward to at the PPW Lisbon conference?
Seeing old friends and making new ones! For IOVOX, events like this are an opportunity for us not only to meet our clients but to learn more about the challenges and the innovations in the property market generally. This helps us in turn build a better product and deliver better solutions.
