Love Mondays, a platform in which professionals evaluate the companies where they work, announces the third edition of the Most Beloved Companies ranking. The list, unlike other market rankings, is based on the ratings posted by employees spontaneously and confidentially on the platform.
Once again this year, there will be two separate rankings: the 50 Most Beloved Companies (made up of companies with more than 500 employees) and the 30 most loved SMEs (made up of companies with less than 500 employees).
"Because it is totally spontaneous, the Love Mondays ranking is a reflection of how employees feel about their companies. This year we used more than 107,000 authentic evaluations to get the result and we hope the list will help millions of professionals identify companies with values similar to theirs in the search for a job," says Luciana Caletti, CEO and co-founder of Love Mondays.
To reach the most beloved work environments, it is considered the average grade of general satisfaction attributed by professionals when evaluating a company between January 1, 2017, and November 30, 2017. The grades range from 1 to 5, with 1 being very dissatisfied and 5 being very satisfied.
The companies considered for the 50 Most Beloved Companies list had at least 50 evaluations and for the list of the 30 Most Beloved SMEs a minimum of 15 evaluations during the eligibility period.
