Travelodge, a large hotel brand, has launched a new initiative to hire new employees to match the needs of the company's continued growth. This initiative is spearheaded by the launch of a new official jobs portal by the service.
This new job listing site will portray the variety of careers Travelodge provides in a way that represents the company's values. Travelodge will be working with CA3 to redesign their careers page and to relaunch it as this new portal.
Sophie White, People Project Manager at Travelodge, had this to say: “Showing people what it's like to work at Travelodge is really important to us - so we’re very pleased with the new look of our site and feel it really represents our culture and values well. We wanted an easy application process along with plenty of opportunities to show candidates how a job at Travelodge can fit around their life. The new job alerts means they can hear about jobs they’re interested in as soon as they are posted and the search features mean that the candidates have a choice to look for roles in a way that suits them.”
This new site will list jobs based on role, availability, and location, so potential hires can find work in whatever their sector of expertise is and wherever they need to find it.
