Adecco has launched yet another year in its 'CEO for a month' initiative, by which young people from 48 countries can become presidents of the company in their respective areas for a month.
In the case of Spain, the young person elected may become CEO of Adecco Spain and hold this position for a month together with the group's president in Spain, Enrique Sánchez, with whom he will travel to different countries, attend meetings, take an active part in international conferences and will manage a team of 1,900 employees.
The young people selected in each of the 48 countries included in this initiative may act as CEO between the months of June and August. In September, the ten young people who have performed better as CEO will be able to become Adecco's global CEO and work alongside the group's world president, Alain Dehaze.
The goal of this project, according to Adecco, is to support young talent, providing this generation group with the experience and skills that can make them more employable, such as leadership, team management, tolerance to stress or communicative skills.
