Perhaps the greatest attraction of the Jalisco Talent Land will be the presence of the robot Sophia, an android that answers questions with artificial intelligence and that seems almost human.
This event, which will take place in Guadalajara and which will bring together 365 thousand young talents, will host the first Sophia conference in Latin America.
In the Jalisco Talent Land, young people can enjoy and learn with activities such as drone races and competitions such as the hackaton, a meeting of programmers whose goal is the cooperative development of software.
Pablo Antón, creator of Talent Land, highlighted the participation of the robot.
"We knew the intelligence that this robot has, we loved it because it is very close to our event, we agreed with its representative, interestingly, when we closed the deal they made it a Saudi Arabian citizen in a short time, which was a boom" he explained.
Sophia was created in Hong Kong in 2015, after 30 years of work by its inventor David Hanson, and then became famous around the world with the controversy that Saudi Arabia gave her citizenship.
This robot speaks, has movements, gestures, jokes and even has a Twitter account with 87 thousand followers.
