Beeline, a global leader in software solutions for extended workforce management, recently announced a partnership with the talent cloud provider duo Crowdstaffing and InterviewJet. This dynamic partnership ensures customers are continually gaining access to the market's finest talent providers and other similar software solutions within the industry.
Crowdstaffing provides a marketplace for employers and service providers to utilize groups of recruiters to source and engage contingent talent in a named geographic area across a broad array of skill sets. This approach enables fast ramp-ups during times of great demand while still lowering time-to-fill rates; coupling these benefits with human curation services ensures a strong match to the needs of the customer.
InterviewJet brings a focused approach to specific roles in engineering, data science, design, and product management in a select group of high-demand cities: New York, Boston, Chicago, and Austin. These pools of workers with highly sought skill sets are available to begin work immediately, which dramatically reduces time-to-fill for customers. InterviewJet will continue expanding into additional cities and skill sets.
"Crowdstaffing and InterviewJet have unique approaches to talent acquisition and candidate experience, which add another dimension to our talent partner ecosystem," said Colleen Tiner, SVP of Strategy for Beeline. "As the pioneer of self-sourcing technology, we opened a powerful new channel for enterprise companies to find talent. Beeline is experiencing significant growth in demand for quality talent through the self-sourcing channel and by continuously adding new, innovative partners, we are able to bring our clients the best the industry has to offer – without increasing their supplier list."
Within Beeline's Self-Sourcing tool, customers can directly access talent sourced from multiple partners. In addition to these new partnerships, Beeline also has relationships with Interactive Resources, Jobaio, and Genesys ensuring customers have access to a broad range of options from both a skill level as well as geographical.
"We recognize that providing customers with broad access to skilled and available talent is a major key to the success of their contingent labor programs," said Brian Hoffmeyer, SVP of Market Strategies for Beeline. "We believe the new partnerships with Crowdstaffing and InterviewJet, coupled with previously engaged partners, will further enable our customers to find and onboard quality talent quickly."
Beeline was the debut vendor management system (VMS) provider to spearhead the partner ecosystem concept. The company continues to expand and facilitate growth in its newfound ecosystem that has just turned three years old, and continue to provide excellent service to its customers - whether through VMS or from the ample partners who also highly prioritize great customer service. This novel approach enables clients to tap into alternative sources of talent without having to compromise on any front.
