MidasIT has recently launched new artificial intelligence technology to automate the hiring and recruitment process through online interviews. The Korean company's inAIR project is a bot titled MIGHTY.
The process is simple: as long as the user has a computer and camera and microphone, MIGHTY asks the interviewee questions and conducts games while reading their physical data (such as voice tone and verbal patterns). Facial recognition studies 68 muscles in the face for emotion and expression, and synthesizes this information to see if they are being truthful during the process.
