KPMG in Spain celebrates its third edition of the KPMG Talent Hackathon on April 10, 2018, which will bring together about 70 students at its headquarters in Madrid for a day where they can demonstrate their skills in strategy, learning or innovation through various challenges and activities.
Students who want to participate will have to have a STEM profile, that is, to be specialized in engineering (computer science, telecommunications or industrial), mathematicians, statisticians, physicists, students of double degrees with technological or digital component or master in cybersecurity or data analytics. During the day, they will face challenges by teams and will have mentors to help them and develop their ideas.
The KPMG Talent Hackathon is a learning experience that combines collaborative and agile work, time-intensive and horizontal dynamics, Lean StarUp work methodologies and Design Thinking tools. In this way, KPMG is committed to innovation in its selection processes, in order to respond to the new needs arising from the digital transformation that is changing at a dizzying pace the world of work and talent search techniques.
Those who want to participate will have to access the website of KPMG Spain, where they will find all the information and through which they can apply in the process, which will consist in the resolution of a test, based on the KPMG area that most interest them. to the candidate, such as Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, IT Advisory, FRM, GIF (Groups of Financial Instruments), Systems Audit or Management Consulting.
