Coming from the volatile zone of south Kashmir in India are two blossoming entrepreneurs that hope to aid students in finding fruitful career choices and placement. The app, Lashida, is online-based and focuses on students looking for work based on their potential, as well as helping secure admission into some of the best universities and develop useful problem solving skills for real life.
The platform might just be the first of its kind as well. By keeping track of the user on a daily basis after registering and choosing a module, the cost is only Rs30 a month and the module is completed with a personalized "report card" based on data generated through usage that can direct the student on their strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
“This module has tutorials which will give a student what he has to study. It will encompass the entire syllabus. His progress will be monitored through monthly tests, projects and interviews. This data will be saved for regular analysis. The analytics will be generated from weekly tests, case studies & practical projects. Its interpretation will be then showed to a student,” said Rouf Bashir, the Lashida app founder.
