The German company Pabo Vertriebs GmbH has recently launched its online job portal for call center positions. The platform is focused on call center operators alongside agents, and hopes to help the industry with its issue of finding an adequate number of employees.
A call center job is understandably easy to burn out on due to exhaustion; many typical workers aren't inclined to stick around for years at a time, especially when the strain of customer service is involved due to the level of concentration needed and consistent empathy to interact with customers. Problem-solving requires speed and tenacity, and a lot of brainpower.
And employees to do it, of course.
