LinkedIn has recently announced their new Career Advice feature in the Philippines in hopes of assisting young and incoming professionals who are looking to connect with others in the same boat - young, struggling, and in need of advice for jobs while they're in the midst of a "quarter life crisis".
Based on a study commissioned by LinkedIn, over 60% of Filipino professionals from 25 - 33 are concerned that they're not earning enough money; 54% are unsure about what steps to take next in their lives; and 53% are frustrated with their career options.
"While there isn’t one simple solution to get over a quarter-life crisis, getting advice from people that have had similar experiences can help navigate these career crossroads,” said Linda Lee, LinkedIn’s Head of Communications for Southeast Asia and North Asia.
