The corporate responsibility and employee well-being educational technology solutions provider, QuizRR, has recently announced $1.3 million secured in funding. This took place during the most recent financing round, which was led by Norrsken Founders Fund alongside Working Capital.
The firm hopes that the new capital will aid in their goal of furthering QuizRR's expansion plans as they look into moving towards new, diverse markets, as well as streamline their technology-based platform to further their social impact.
QuizRR's current platform relies on serving up "innovative training suites" that aid companies in directing a more logically sound approach to the responsibilities that come with company organization as well as inspiring employee engagement and protecting their rights.
Discussing the capital intake and her thoughts on the future expansion plans, Co-founder and Deputy CEO of QuizRR, Sofie Nordstrom said, "Our partnership with Norrsken Founders Fund and Working Capital enables us to strengthen our organization with key competences, expand on existing markets, and enter new ones."
The digital training offered by the company are built around knowledge growth for workers and managers alike; workers' rights and responsibilities are also of import, as well as the manifestation of "a healthy and ongoing dialogue" between employees and their higher ups, and lastly, a focus on wage management.
The fruits of this training are documented and shared on an online portal, giving brands and suppliers the opportunity to analyze and examine progress made. This in particular creates a strong bond of trust by building transparency and measurability, which is paramount for a sustainable supply chain.
The Investment Manager of Norrsken, Tove Larsson, spoke at length about the company's detailed plans for QuizRR's future and what spurned the decision to invest:
"QuizRR's digital training solutions and web portal create better working conditions and safer workplaces which increase workers' well-being. This enables global brands and suppliers to proactively uphold their social responsibility."
While Jens Helmersson, the Co-founder and CEO of QuizRR, talked about company strategy, what things will look like moving forward, and gratitude and optimism regarding the new funding:
"We are proud to call these two influential, socially-minded organizations, our partners; QuizRR is ready to take the next step in our growth journey and with the support of these global funders, we are well equipped to do so."
