The back office and workforce solutions provider for the hospitality and restaurant sectors has recently announced a new partnership with DiscoverLink, the online training content developer for the F&B space. This makes DiscoverLink officially part of the HotSchedules partner network.
DiscoverLink hopes that the new collaboration will aid in their "comprehensive learning and development capabilities" due to the acclaimed Clarifi Talent Development system by HotSchedules, which provides restaurants with a more intelligent and specific training module system.
Clarifi is their cloud-based intelligent restaurant operating platform that enables great guest experiences through intelligent workflow & insights.
The Clarifi Talent Development framework is designed for ease of use and assists in grasping key skill gaps, offering rewards to the best performers, and task management across the board whether it's hiring or compliance.
Speaking on the ocassion, Debbie Martinez, Director of Training for the Hofman Hospitality Group, shared his thoughts on working with Clarifi:
"We needed a true dual-language solution for training and compliance, and only DiscoverLink provides many of their restaurant-specific courses with audio, text, and graphics in both English and Spanish."
Sean Fitzpatrick, the COO at HotSchedules, discussed the thoughts behind the new partnership:
"Our partnership with DiscoverLink adds another tool to our Clarifi intelligent operating platform to help restaurants engage and retain their managers."
Clarifi's customers can access and leverage the DiscoverLink catalogue of current in-circulation content, or customize the same as detailed by training requirements, and the firm's unique branding approach.
John Poulos, President and Co-founder of DiscoverLink, commented on the company's approach and its diverse impact on the sector:
"Our proven content library has been vetted by hundreds of restaurant chains enabling us to provide interactive programs; our interactive programs positively impact key performance metrics like guest satisfaction, employee retention, and profitability with courses focused on the competencies needed to help restaurants thrive."
