StepStone, the major global recruitment firm, has recently announced a partnership of its pair of main job boards in the UK - totaljobs and Jobsite. This new collaboration is anticipated to create further innovation through the maximization of product development talent and resources while still promoting efficiency and scaling for the recruiters.
Totaljobs and Jobsite will stay as two separate entities, but employers will benefit from posted jobs being promoted across both platforms. The launch is slated for the 1st of May, 2018, and will provide access to over 15.5 million searchable CVs. The sites combined boast over 20 million visits monthly, and both will remain stalwart investors in candidate attraction to maintain a high volume of job seekers.
The proprietary matching tech of StepStone, entitled StepMatch, offers vacancies to the best candidates to ensure that recruiters only receive optimal applications from relevant users. These applications are managed from a single integrated system, because of which recruiters are unnecessary in the process of checking candidates out twice. It saves time, money, and effort while adding to efficiency and better success for the company's hiring.
COO of StepStone, Nick Gold, commented on the new partnership:
