Jobtip, the social recruiting company, and Greenhouse, talent acquisition firm, have recently announced a partnership.
“Together we can now offer a unique and digitized recruitment process to find the right candidates on social media," says Dan Grabko, CEO Jobtip Inc USA.
Greenhouse offers their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) alongside digital solutions for customers in their recruiting needs. Jobtip, meanwhile, comes with social recruiting tech that integrates with Greenhouse's software, allowing customers to publish and expand on recruitment ads in a more targeted way on social media.
“Jobtip will create the campaigns with information pushed from the customers directly via Greenhouse. After going through target audience analysis, the ads are published and distributed through our technical solution. Candidates that respond to the ads are then directly linked back to Greenhouse. That way, our customers can create and distribute campaigns, and also collect and sort the applications, from a single platform.”
