The business insurance, HR, and employee benefits solutions provider, Taylor Group, has recently announced a rebranding as "Launchways". This overhaul will allow the company to further focus on their capabilities, especially when it comes to people management solutions, and will additionally involve new positioning, a redone logo, and website overhaul as well.
Some of the key focus areas of the venture will include HR scalability for better workforce options, employee benefits that include benefit packages involved with better engagement while still optimizing costs, and business insurance with end-to-end and cost-managed policies.
CEO of Launchways, James Taylor, commented on the rebranding's goals and how it would aid the company in becoming more competitive in the market that it wants to stand out in:
"In the nine years we've been in business, I've consulted with hundreds of companies and helped them with the challenges that occur when an organization grows. During this time, I've found that the most successful companies are the ones that are not afraid to embrace change, take risks, and stay ahead of the curve. This is the mentality we adopted when rebranding. Our new brand better highlights the work we do: helping businesses grow."
The new and fresh design hopes to elicit images of a novel approach to their business that is youthful, vibrant, and contemporary. Furthermore, it emphasizes the company's determination to assist and help business grow and define their approach in regards to people operations, as seen by their new tagline: Power Your People.
President of Launchways Gary Schafer also discussed his thoughts regarding the future of the firm and the rebranding:
"Our new brand will allow us to remain relevant to the challenges our customers are facing, and relevant to the needs of modern growing businesses. We will continue to help our customers adapt to changing business needs and leverage innovative methods to streamline their businesses."
Launchways was founded in 2009, and since its inception has tirelessly been involved with numerous companies to accompany them in their journey involving strategic models, human resources capabilities, business insurance, and employee benefits.
