Provider of the Outlook-based employee email engagement solutions company, PoliteMail Software has recently announced the debut of Syncronym, a new software system that automates employee distribution list management and maintenance.
Syncronym remedies the issue out-of-date, inaccurate email distribution pools and allows corporate communicators with self-service tools to more efficiently make better targeted lists, like through division and management level, all in the scope of Outlook.
“In large organizations, maintaining accurate employee distribution groups is a challenge, and it’s often a difficult, time-consuming process for those responsible for internal communications to get the targeted lists they need,” elaborated Michael DesRochers, managing partner at PoliteMail. “It may take weeks for HR updates to reach Active Directory or Exchange, resulting in missed communications. Syncronym solves these list issues.”
