Part of Microsoft's Partner for Learning Solutions, TechSharpas just released that they're starting a new 'Learning-as-a-Service Platform' very soon.
Aimed to better design and evolve the usual classroom setting and practices, the new program will give consumers entry into some Microsoft made content including e-book, articles, and contact with a technological expert live. This hearty and flexible program will be where learning in the age of the internet eventually heads.
“Modern day tech workers and students need more than just a multi-day classroom training session to fully harness the skills needed to tackle the IT job roles of tomorrow,” says Della Wyler, Director of Marketing. “This platform will provide access to free and paid learning modules in areas such as Data Science, Cloud Administration, Big Data, and DevOps. Gaining the knowledge needed to excel it IT requires a new way of learning, one that combines traditional instructor-led training with a multi-faceted, access-at-any-time combination of learning methods and tools.”
TechSherpas' new program will one day allow users five different Microsoft based courses, each of which will have three distinct choices depending on the user's requirements. The five courses including data science which will use Microsoft's Professional Program in Data Science, a booming new industry. Azure which will cover Microsoft's on-demand slate of services. Big data which will construct the skills needed to help a company best utilize their data. DevOps which will allow a person or company to become more flexible and learn new practices. And cloud administration which will leverage Azure and go over the tools needed to best utilize cloud services.
