Rightmove's brand is changing to a new eye-catching concept. Happiness. The real estate company is asking the question, "Where is your happy? Where can you find it?"
Find Your Happy is sweeping the streets, covering bus stop billboards, subway station halls, and magazines and other editorials throughout the United Kingdom. This new nationally marketing campaign invites you to take control of your own happiness when it comes to home buying.
Iain Kennedy, Head of Marketing at Rightmove, comments:
“When people look for somewhere new to live, whether buying or renting, what they are really doing is looking for a place where they can feel happy. It might mean being able to walk to work, a place with a garden big enough for the kids or a home near a good school. Whatever it is, we believe there is a happy out there for everyone.”
Officially launching on Christmas Day. Rightmove is launching this multi-million pound campaign designed to "inspire people and make a fresh start in a home that works for them as loves on." Subsequent launches will follow throughout 2018.
Last year there were 26% more visits to the site in January to March compared to October to December that previous year. The campaign's launch will reflect on those numbers, choosing the end of this year and into the winter months of next, aimed at spanning those busier months.
The ad will debut on Channel 4 on the Great British Bake Off Christmas Special.
