Homie has opened its second office in Phoenix, Arizona. Previously only in Utah, the company has expanded and has plans to save $10,000 on average for each transaction they perform.
Homie has quickly gained prominence in Utah since its launch, and after expanding to Phoenix, (chosen for its variety of homes) the company plans to use this as a springboard for further expansion.
Instead of partnering clients with one agent, Homie assigns each person a team, giving consistent help and confidence someone will be there at any stage of the selling process.
“Homie’s motto is ‘We’ve got your back.’ To deliver on that promise in our Utah market, we combined technology with personalized service—providing customers with a simpler, more transparent process and some pretty dramatic savings,” said Johnny Hanna, Homie's CEO. “Our customers used the technology to handle much of the transaction themselves and they loved the savings. But they also wanted some hand-holding to make it through tricky negotiations, contracts, and closings. I’m excited to now share this model with home buyers and sellers in Phoenix.”
