A consumer home search platform that's endorsed by the real estate industry, Homesnap has recently announced that its brokerages can use Facebook's Dynamic Ads for real estate with its new service offering.
Brokerages can now retarget consumers that visit their website as well as consumers who visit the Broker Public Portal, known to the public as Homesnap.com. The connection between Facebook’s ad offerings and Homesnap is the first of its kind.
Facebook’s Dynamic Ads for Real Estate allow brokerages to automatically advertise specific listings to people on Facebook who have previously searched for that listing or similar properties on the brokerage’s website or on Homesnap.com. Leveraging the brokerage’s MLS feed, Homesnap also facilitates all of the setup and ongoing maintenance of the brokerage’s Facebook campaigns without any work on their end.
“This product is extremely powerful because it combines the brokerage’s inventory with Homesnap’s traffic to serve the consumer the precise type of homes they’ve already been searching for,” said Lou Mintzer, Chief Product Officer at Homesnap.
He goes on to say that the platform is unique in that it provides this valuable offering to brokerages who are looking to target their market digitally to the most interest home seekers.
