The life-sciences focused consultancy, LifeSci Partners, has recently launched their global recruitment service LifeSci Search that will focus primarily on biotech, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
It was founded “to address the broad deficiencies in the life sciences recruitment market largely centered around the specialization required for life sciences clients,” the firm said.
The service will have a global presence in New York, Boston, California, Chicago, London, Geneva and Tel-Aviv, ensuring a deep network of recruiting capabilities for clients.
LifeSci Search will be led by managing directors Matt Toner and Andy Cronin, both of whom have extensive global executive search expertise within the life sciences. “This expert knowledge, paired with a global candidate network, provides a resourceful service with the capability to build entire executive teams for LifeSci Search clients,” said LifeSci Partners. Additionally, LifeSci Search will leverage its Board Placement Initiative, which helps companies in the life sciences industry diversify and strengthen their company boards.
“LifeSci Search will utilize LifeSci’s unmatched domain expertise, deep client relationships and ‘client as partner’ approach to fulfill the recruitment needs of our clients,” said Andrew McDonald, founding partner at LifeSci Partners. “We recognize that recruiting talent is one of the most important activities of an emerging life science company and we are proud to make a contribution.”
