Employee scheduling and workforce management solution platform Shiftboard has recently announced a new Vice President of Customer Success, Connie O'Brien. O'Brien has served as a client success and customer strategy exec for over twenty years, and will be taking on responsibilities of aiding enterprises in reducing labor costs while bettering employee engagement and productivity, and overseeing customer implementations, training, support, adoption, and professional services.

Prior to joining Shiftboard Connie was Vice President, Client Services and Operations at ID Experts, the provider of all services related to identity theft and restoration. Connie also served as Regional Vice President, Client Partner Executive West for healthcare technology company Edifecs.
