Healthcare tech company that aids enterprises in facilitating employment opportunities to employee and third-parties, Workpath, has recently announced a new partnership with provider of modern-era background screening, Checkr.
Leveraging Checkr's artificial intelligence-powered background technology, Workpath will increase the transparency, speed, data insights, and accuracy for its healthcare partners.
"Workpath will integrate Checkr technology into our HIPAA platform to improve the way healthcare organizations coordinate the best teams, dispatch the right team members, address their compliance requirements, and ultimately improve care," said Eddie Peloke, CEO of Workpath.
Workpath's labor management platform fully integrates with existing systems and electronic health records such as Allscripts, Epic, and Cerner. It is currently used by health systems, diagnostic laboratories, home health agencies, phlebotomy labor providers, insurance examiners, nursing organizations, and other healthcare leaders to seamlessly schedule work opportunities. In addition, the Workpath platform is used by healthcare organizations to dispatch labor to patients' homes, schedule daily shifts and on-call shifts at facilities, staff events, and fill open shifts.
"In healthcare, more than any other industry, it's critical to centralize your labor and track all appointments and shifts in one place. By using Workpath's platform, healthcare organizations can intelligently match the most qualified labor based on rules they define such as availability, location, certifications, ratings, and more. To help facilitate the perfect match, quick and accurate background checks are crucial to ensure healthcare organizations are prepared to deliver the best care at all times."
