An under-trained employee based continually hurts employee retention and the ability to make profits. Dealerships all over the country are finding it difficult to change their current strategies. According to a recent study focusing on staffing, run by Cox Automotive, only around 54% of new employees in service jobs have been given proper training to properly conduct work.
