GrooveCar Direct, the country's top resource for car research and shopping, recently announced the redesign of their website for their credit union partnerships. The new site design quickens the car shopping experience for members by allowing them to access a more modern and easier platform. The redesign was focused on a better and simpler experience for customers and follows a redesign of their company website back in June.
Under this new design, the focus has shifted to the initial car search, making it easier to find a new or used vehicle amongst over 4 million vehicles in inventory. The revised website includes two remarkable new features:
· Search by Payment Calculator – This tool allows the user to search for a new or used vehicle by the desired monthly payment. Keeping in line with providing a positive experience, the user can simply use the interactive slider to choose the desired payment amount, select new or used, any down payment, and the calculator will search to find vehicles within that approximate range.
· Homepage Icons – These provide a more efficient way for users to interact with all of the features of the site. It allows members to easily see and utilize additional sections of the auto shopping site, including the refinance calculator, vehicle comparison feature, and dealer locator.
GrooveCar Direct continues to add more benefits for their customers, partners within credit unions, and their general members. They have a continual belief to adapt with growing trends for user experience, user interaction, and more up-to-date website design. The new website will adapt those approaches along with responses from their credit union partners. The new redesign makes the process easier and more intuitive.
