Customers looking to buy cars in Tennessee who don't want to take the usual trip to the dealership will soon have a new option without ever needed to leave their own home.
Joydrive, the largest marketplace to buy a car online, has expanded to the Volunteer State with the help of a partnership with Jones Motor Co. out of Savannah, TN making more than 1,000 new and used cars across nine vehicle brands immediately available for online purchase and home delivery from Memphis to Nashville.
Unlike their solely used car competitors, Joydrive works with dealerships to simplify the new and used car buying experience and bring it totally online for the benefit of both the customer and dealer via their end-to-end platform. Joydrive has created a car buying solution no one has ever built – a consistent experience with competing dealerships united to one common platform.
And based on Joydrive’s reviews, they seem to be working. Says one happy customer, “I worked all day, made dinner, worked in the yard, and the car was delivered to my door at 6. This is definitely how I will purchase a car again rather than sitting in offices waiting to sign.”
Joydrive has experienced unprecedented growth (450%) from Q2 to now with more than 60 dealerships across nine states making a total inventory of more than 16,000 cars (the most of any online auto retailer) available to customers from coast to coast.
“Joydrive is not a middleman like other services. A middleman still makes you go to a dealership and go through 90% of the traditional car buying rigmarole," says Hunter Gorham, CEO of Joydrive. "Joydrive is a sit in your pajamas on a Saturday morning, do your research, pick out your car, get an estimate for your trade-in, apply for and receive financing, schedule your delivery and then make breakfast kind of service."
Here’s how it works:
