Industry leader, ARCHIBUS, an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) platform, has announced that the company has merged with cloud-based provider of space optimization and workforce enablement software, Serraview. The two plan to create a new platform, built to manage the more modern environment. Terms of the deal have yet to be disclosed, though JMI Equity, a growth equity firm, investing in leading software companies, was a huge part of the transaction.

The combined company will be led by Wain Kellum, a seasoned technology executive.
