Avionté, which has been offering Green Dot’s rapid! PayCard to its staffing and recruiting clients for the last four years, will now add Green Dot’s SimplyPaid functionality as its exclusive disbursement network to allow workers to choose how and when they want to be paid.
With SimplyPaid, Avionté’s nearly 900 customers will have the ability to allow workers to not only choose when and how often they would like to be paid, but also how they would like to be paid. The disbursement methods available via SimplyPaid include:
· Funding to a rapid! PayCard account
· Instant funding to existing debit cards
· Prepaid cards
· Cash pickup at a local Walmart store
· Standard or same-day ACH transfers to bank accounts
The platform also enables employers to have enhanced flexibility for termination payments, off cycle and per diem payments.
“This partnership enhances an already strong relationship with Green Dot. The SimplyPaid offering enables our clients with on-demand pay for their temporary employees – now table stakes in the gig economy,” said Brian Sterrett, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Partner Business at Avionté. “We know our staffing and recruiting clients face stiff competition for talent, and this will allow them to offer pay on their employees’ terms.”
Avionté currently enables customers to significantly cut payroll costs, improve efficiency, and instantly pay talent by utilizing rapid! PayCards. By expanding the partnership with the SimplyPaid disbursement network, recipients now have the freedom to choose how and when they want to get paid.
“This expanded partnership builds on the momentum of our successful partnership for the rapid! PayCard program that began in 2015,” said Chris Ruppel, General Manager of Wage and Corporate Disbursement, Green Dot Corporation. “Avionté’s professional workforce will now be able to work today and get paid tomorrow, no longer waiting for a pre-determined payday for all of their pay.”
