ClearCompany has recently announced that their new ClearCompany Bi-Directional Connector for ADP Workforce Now® has been released, making it the premiere integrative service that instantly connects and synchronizes employee data between both platforms that ensures data, records, and analysis is consistent and current on either end.
ADP Workforce Now and ClearCompany will be able to function as a single, seamless platform through leveraging this bi-directional connector and single sign-on (SSO), and will give clients with ADP credentials access to use and intermingle between systems effortlessly: no more logins, data entry by hand, or data strewn across multiple platforms.
Andre Lavoie, co-founder, and CEO of ClearCompany shared, “The ClearCompany Bi-Directional Connector for ADP Workforce Now further expands the value we bring to our mutual clients by enabling ClearCompany to both send and receive data from ADP Workforce Now. Starting now, customers can choose to have ADP Workforce Now serve as their system of record which lets new customers enable ClearCompany for talent using their existing structure and data. This offers a clear advantage. Customers of ADP and ClearCompany can now leverage unified employee data to support payroll, HRIS and compensation planning and a full modern talent suite that includes recruiting, onboarding, goals planning, performance management and talent analytics.”
The bi-directional connector is offered only through ADP Marketplace, and promises accurate data readings, streamlined payrolls systems for new hires, and insights and analytics to maximize efficiency and team for HR teams.
“ADP is always looking to create the best client experience – this includes bringing on the latest technology available and making it easily accessible to our customers,” said Craig Cohen, General Manager, ADP Marketplace. “Our collaboration with ClearCompany is an example of this commitment.”
