At www.romantikjobs.com, the complete solution offers hosting, in addition to job postings, the opportunity to handle application processes digitally and allows access to the pan-European talent pool.
"We do not only want to bring more guests to the hotels and restaurants, but we also ensure that our hosts find the right employees in a timely way. In addition to modern technology, we of course also rely on the power of the Romantik brand in 'romantic jobs'," says Thomas Edelkamp, CEO of the cooperation.
Effective applicant management with Romance
With the new portal, the nearly 200 Romantik-partnered hotels and nearly 250 restaurants get the opportunity to advertise vacancies directly on the website. Practical templates help to prepare the job offers, which can also be published on various regional or industry-related portals.
The new tool also allows hoteliers and restaurateurs to handle the complete application management process digitally: "We provide the romantics with the latest tools to handle all processes, from job advertisement, through the management of applicant data, to the final selection of personnel," explains Edelkamp.
New services for the romantic hotels and restaurants
But Romantik also appears here as a service provider for the hotels and restaurants. The company offers hosts to design tenders, to publish, and to take over the complete handling of the application process.
"With this step, we are expanding our services for hoteliers and restaurateurs and creating additional added value through a tailor-made range of services for the complete marketing and positioning of hotels and restaurants," says Edelkamp.
European-wide talent pool
In order to be able to fill vacancies quickly and efficiently, Romantik will also build on a pan-European talent pool in the future. Here are all applications collected, accumulating in one of the nearly 250 hotels or restaurants.
"If a candidate in a house does not work, the application may be a perfect match for another company, in another region, or in another country. Anyone applying for romance today no longer just does that in a hotel or restaurant, but has the chance to find a dream job under the umbrella of the brand in nine countries," says Edelkamp.
