Extentia Group's proptech platform, iSite, has requested and won a contract with Co-op Group Property, which manages over 6,000 buildings across the UK, with a team that  is responsible for buying, selling and looking after the buildings they own. With this contact, iSite will develop a new suite of property listings and project management software for the Co-op team.

The contract will see iSite provide an enterprise wide property management system that will underpin Co-op Group Property’s strategy across its growing national estate. By providing a single view of Co-ops property activity, including ongoing programmes of work, the software will allow much greater integration between the Co-op Property team, supply chain and stakeholders; driving efficiencies and allowing better planning.

iSite’s in-built Business Intelligence and Analytics engine also allows the team to model different scenarios, delivering enhanced reporting and driving insights to help it get the best value from its portfolio. Co-op will also use it to ensure agile approach to project delivery, reacting quickly with changes in the wider market, allocating prioritizing work load as needed.
