TechnoPro announces acquisition of RPO and engineer staffing firm Techno Brain

TechnoPro Holdings Inc., technology recruitment firm, has recently announced a major acquisition in the shares of Tokyo-based engineering staffing and recruitment firm Techno Brain Company Ltd.

TechnoPro aims for the move to boost its engineer staffing business.

Shares were purchased from CEO Kentaro Nose, who owned 66.5% of the firm, and Takumi Hontaira, who owned 33.5%.

The price of the acquisition was not announced. However, Techno Brain’s net sales for the 12 months ended September 2018 were JPY 888.0 million (USD 7.8 million). Its net income was JPY 77 million (USD 677,161).
