After a series of recently purchased manufacturer partnerships, Carwow has recently appointed both Jon Davies as the Head of OEM and Hasan Nergiz to be the Director of OEM.
Carwow already has strong relationships within the market which have resulted in a new partner for some upcoming events in JD Power, the company that publishes the UK Car Customer Satisfaction Index.
During the previous year or so, Carwow has added on several new partners including manufacturers who will utilize the company's data and the 2.4 million monthly users on their site as well as calculators to provide payment quotes for auto financing.
Nergiz has been apart of Carwow since 2017 having left BMW, will now oversee these OEM partnerships throughout Europe. Davies, who has been with the company for about a year after leaving Nissan, is going to try and add to those OEM partners, in particular new partners from the United Kingdom.
Nergiz stated, “In a very short space of time since we started engaging with manufacturers, carwow is already a valuable partner in the industry.
“We are providing vital data to manufacturers from a new audience of car buyers. Technology has presented us with opportunities to engage like never before and Carwow’s reputation is very strong."
“With a bigger team, now we can really ramp up our efforts in building closer working relationships with manufacturers in the UK and abroad.”
Davies said: “The industry is changing at a fast pace and manufacturers need to keep pace with the public’s changing purchasing habits and preferences."
"Carwow is uniquely placed to help OEMs understand where car buying is at in 2019 and where it’s going. Together, we are forming strong partnerships with real value.”
