The Insight Digital Workspace™ communication and collaboration platform will help, through artificial intelligence technology, boost productivity and employee engagement in digital businesses.

Based on Microsoft Office 365, Insight Digital Workspace™ provides employees with their own personalized engagement platform, which brings together corporate news and updates while giving them quick and easy access to their daily tasks. In addition, the platform aggregates third-party applications. It ensures visibility of upcoming meetings via Outlook, as well as real-time Microsoft Teams notifications. All in a form personalized for the user, by a technology of artificial intelligence that takes into account the context.

"Insight Digital Workspace™ provides a personalized digital experience that intelligently unifies the work environment. The platform relies on a set of rich and secure collaborative tools that we know and trust in Office 365. The result is a real solution that provides centralized and tailored access to every device for news, information, applications, tasks, etc. relevant," said Bertrand Launay, Microsoft Commercial Business Director for Western Europe. "This is another shining example of the creativity our partners are demonstrating every day to make Microsoft's vision a reality."

Developed as part of the Insight Connected Workforce solution for mobile employees, the Insight Digital Workspace ™ platform is available on workstations and connected devices. The goal is to be accessible wherever employees need to be able to work.

Built-in analytical capabilities make it easy to track workflows and application usage, providing IT managers with valuable insight to inform their resource allocation and strategic investment decisions. The tool also provides indicators on employee engagement for the HR team, as well as the ability to measure the effectiveness of internal communication, a requirement for marketing and communications managers.

"Businesses in all sectors are undergoing a digital transformation and we recognize that employees are also working differently today," commented Richard Ramos, Managing Director of Insight France. "Based on our own experience of using this product over the last few months, we have found that employee interaction with a single platform can help boost productivity. By interconnecting our staff in this way, we have created an exceptional and productive employee experience. An added benefit is enabling IT organizations to analyze resource utilization and make better investment decisions, helping companies take another big step forward in their digital transformation."
