Kasaz has released its figures for its first year since they appeared on the Internet in the first quarter of 2018. In this first year of operations, Kasaz has managed to cover 25% of the market of properties for sale in Barcelona that have existed during the year, and aims to reach 80% of the real estate market in the city by the end of this year.
More than 250 real estate agencies have also found in Kasaz a great ally to place their real estate assets quickly and efficiently, since Kasaz is among the only portals that charges for results and not for the insertion of ads. Due to this, the quality of the offers published in the Kasaz is higher than what can be found in other portals, which makes it easier for the user to find their desired property more easily. In addition, the possibility that Kasaz gives the potential buyer to contact the agency through the platform, is also a great help for real estate when closing sales in a faster way.
Another advantage that the agencies have found when using Kasaz as a sales platform is the quality of the contacts acquired, since the portal acts as a natural filter for the buyer, showing only the homes that coincide 100% with their interests and needs.
In fact, the differential aspect of Kasaz with respect to the rest of the real estate portals is that all the published information is verified.
