Meteojob has teamed up with the Youth Engagement Label to promote "Young Welcoming" companies. The partner companies of the Meteojob job site who have received this label can now display it on their online offers - an advantageous and crucial criterion for a successful employer brand, this pledge of confidence is also intended to appeal to young graduates.

"Thanks to the Tell Us study, we are able to understand what our trainees and work-study participants are doing on a daily basis - and improve their experience every year," says Julie Lahaye, Talent Acquisition Manager France at Saint-Gobai. "Getting the Youth Commitment label is a great recognition of the work done by our HR team and by all tutors and supervisors who work with young people."

Meteojob, one of the leading job sites in France, partnered with Youth Engagement Label to both give companies the opportunity to showcase their employer brand, and offer new graduates a pledge of confidence. Youth Engagement allows companies to be evaluated by the young people they have trained through evaluating their experience on different dimensions (recruitment, integration, management, working conditions, pride of belonging, etc).

"Allowing all the people involved in recruitment and development (managers, HR, tutors) to have the point of view of our interns / trainees on their experience at Siemens in a completely anonymous way and thus be able to set up a improvement plan is really the major asset of Youth Engagement. We are proud to get this label for the 3rd year in a row. A good proof of the commitment of our employees to this population and a real asset to stand out among young people," says Delphine Nicolas, Campus Manager at Siemens France.

This free and independent Label is thus awarded to companies that benefit from the most positive evaluations. Unveiled on March 18, and based on more than 3,000 returns, the Label has listed companies that have received this certification.

Companies thus provide a guarantee to their future talents to better attract them - and young graduates rely on a criterion of choice assured.
