LandOnEarth launches its collaborative real estate platform in beta

LandOnEarth is the first collaborative real estate platform that empowers consumers and professionals to find the perfect home matched to their needs, budget, and lifestyle

LandOnEarth has announced it has launched in beta, and will soon be available to real estate professionals and consumers across the U.S. The platform uses a sophisticated AI-powered proprietary algorithm that combines consumer input, available inventory, and lifestyle data to show matching properties by percentage.

"We built LandOnEarth because we believe that people deserve a home that matches who they are -- rather than define who they are based on where they live," said Mario Corona, Founder and CEO of LandOnEarth. "Until now, no real estate marketplace has matched buyers to both their perfect house and lifestyle," he said.

Consumers will be able to search by property features, commute, community features, schools, demographics, and more. The platform is designed to help them discover what's important to them -- and real estate professionals will quickly understand their clients needs and wants as they evolve in real time.

"Real estate agents will be able to better support their clients and show them the right properties from the moment they begin working together using this technology," said Kevin Kennedy, a leading loan agent at RPM Mortgage.
