Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), a mutual fund transfer agency, is planning to launch a brand new sales platform called InstaBike. OEMs will manage the platform and dealers will access it through tablets the company will provide.
The company plans to make the sales at dealer end seamless and intuitive with their new cloud-based platform.
The platform help compare the price, features and variants of different two-wheelers across various brands. This not only helps compare but also provide deals by manufacturer and financing option for customers. Thus, customers will no longer need to walk-in various dealerships for purchasing.
“If a customer walks into a dealership, the manufacturer of the product would want customers to understand how their product varies from their other bikes as well as similar products of other OEMs. All of these things are enabled on a digital platform, InstaBike,” says Ravi Kiran, Head - New Business, CAMS.
In all, it is a digital multi-stakeholder platform for dealers, manufacturers and financiers to custom deals for consumers and enhance their buying experience.
