The 25th Property Portal Watch Conference was held this past March, in Thailand’s capital city, where 180 attendees from 35 countries convened at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, to address key issues facing their businesses.
Over the course of three days, some of the top names in online property classifieds and marketplaces witnessed speakers and sponsors from around the world.
Paris-based Meero, one of the global leaders in artificial intelligence dedicated to image processing, and the world's first on-demand photography platform was only established two years ago, today the company has 450 employees, 31,000 customers, among them Airbnb, Just Eat, Expedia, Trivago and Uber, and boasts 10.5 million photos snapped.
In his interview with Simon Baker, Eric Calosci explained that the entire process is conducted online: booking of photographers, providing of address as well as specifics about the photo shoot, etc. After the shoot is completed, the images are uploaded onto the Meero platform where some minor editing is executed, completing the assignment within 24 hours.
