ClickIQ has recently announce an exciting new partnership with Google, making the company one of Google’s first recruitment advertising partners in Europe. Established in May 2017, the platform has already disrupted the market by using AI and programmatic technology to challenge traditional methods of recruitment advertising and now becomes one of just 40 Google Partners in the UK.

ClickIQ is the only fully automated job advertising platform on the market that delivers job ads on Google.

How does ClickIQ’s technology do this?

ClickIQ takes a feed of jobs from an employer’s HR system and, based on a programmatic algorithm, creates job adverts using Google Ads on both the search engine and display networks.

The platform tracks responses and manages spend in real time to ensure campaign targets are achieved.

Richard Collins, Co-Founder ClickIQ commented, “70% of job seekers start their search on Google but many employers fail to take advantage of this on a job level, leading to poor ROI. This integration allows clients to capture candidate interest at the very start of the job search.”

Adrian Blockus, Google’s Head of Channel Sales for the UK and Ireland, stated, “We are delighted to welcome ClickIQ as a Google Partner. We believe that together we can drive significant growth and satisfaction with the end client. We look forward to building a very successful partnership together.”
